This dinner combined a lot of things we love! It is built on our “Burger in a wrap” concept that we refer to as a Burgrito. We love this because you can get a really nice crunch to your burger “bun” this way, and all the toppings stay neatly contained within. From there, we decided to try remaking our Buffalo Chicken Burgers into the format! Of course, we did this as a dinner to watch during a football (Go Bills!) game since it is perfect Football Food! Heck, you can even make these ahead of time and toss them on a griddle at your next tailgate!
We served our burgritos with tater tots, but they would also go really well with Buffalo Onion Rings (if you want to double down on the Buffalo), Sweet Potato Wedge Fries (if you want some sweetness to balance the heat), or roasted veggies (Cauliflower or Brussels Sprouts).
