Last year, we made Buffalo Tofu Tacos using crumbled tofu. Since the flavours worked so well together, we decided to try a second style of making the tofu with a different texture…and this is what we ended up with!
Rather than crumbling our tofu, we cubed and baked it to give it a little bit of firmness on the outside while preserving the softness with each bite. We then tossed our cubes in Buffalo Sauce and served them on a tortilla shell with lettuce, tomato, onion, and blue cheese dressing! These tacos wound up being a really delicious and fun vegetarian way to enjoy Buffalo flavours!

Time: 40 Minutes
Ingredients:
- Firm Tofu
- Buffalo Sauce
- Flour Tortillas
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Onion
- Blue Cheese Dressing
Method:
- Remove your tofu from its packaging, and wrap in a kitchen towel or paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible.
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with nonstick foil.
- Cut your tofu into cubes, and arrange it on your baking sheet. Give them a good oil spray.
- Transfer to the oven, and bake for 15 minutes. Then, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes.
- As your tofu bakes, cut your tomatoes and onions, and prep your lettuce.
- When your tofu is ready, place it in a mixing bowl, and toss it with your Buffalo Sauce to coat.
- Arrange your tofu on your taco shells, and then add your veggie toppings.
- Drizzle your blue cheese dressing over everything.
- Plate, devour, and enjoy!
