We were in the mood for a spicy Salmon Fillet the other day. We also happened to have a jar of Harissa in the fridge from our Harissa Cauliflower Wedges…so we figured we’d combine our Harissa with Salmon! Essentially, we coated our salmon with harissa and baked it…and that was that. Yep…a super simple recipe that takes only about 20-25 minutes to make, and it comes out absolutely delicious!
We served our salmon atop a bed of white rice next to a sauteed broccoli and mushroom medley to add some colour and nutritional balance!

Time: 25 Minutes
Ingredients:
- Salmon Fillet
- Sea Salt
- Harissa
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with some nonstick foil.
- Pat your salmon fillet dry, and sprinkle a little sea salt atop.
- Place your salmon, skin side down, on your baking sheet.
- Scoop some Harissa atop, and spread thinly over your salmon.
- Bake for 20 or so minutes until your fish reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
- Plate, devour, and enjoy!
