Our pups finished off their batch of Apple Honey Dog Treats the other day and began to look at me with imploring eyes as though to ask for demand a new round of treats. Not wanting to disappoint them, I went to the kitchen and got to work! Reflecting on how much they liked their Apple Pie Dog Treats and Pumpkin Flax Dog Cookies, I figured I’d combine some concepts into something new that I felt reasonably certain they would enjoy.
The results are in, and the cinnamon combined with the pumpkin made for puffy, moist cookies with a highly desirable flavour (per the pups). In addition, the cinnamon made the house smell fantastic as the treats baked!
