Foil Wrapped French Onion Pork

After my sous chef and I got home from a camping trip over the weekend, I got the urge to make something that I used to make on camp-outs when I was growing up since it was quick, easy, could be prepared ahead of time, and required little to no cleanup. For this meal, you can customize your veggie choice, and you can even pick between grilling (what we did), throwing your foil pack in hot coals of a campfire, or even roasting it in the oven. Endless possibilities!

We decided that since we already had the grill going, we’d just make our entire dinner on the grates, so we paired our pork with Grilled Romaine Hearts and Grill Bread…however, if you really want to jump right into the deep end of the swimming pool with foil wrap cooking, a Grilled Veggie Pillow is always a solid choice!
