If you’re looking for a luxurious meal that takes very little time or effort to make, look no further than Whipped Ricotta! For this version, we infused our ricotta with a lot of earthy, rich black truffle flavour! The truffle notes came from two ingredients: black truffle paste and a truffle infused honey. The combination of the truffle and the subtle sweetness of the ricotta and the overt sweetness of the honey came out really well!
We sliced some homemade whole wheat bread and toasted so it would be warm and crunchy to scoop up the ricotta! We highly suggest you do the same!

Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 15 oz Whole Milk Ricotta
- 1 Teaspoon Milk
- Black Truffle Paste or Minced Black Truffle
- A Pinch of Kosher Salt
- Truffle Infused Honey
Method:
- Combine your ricotta, milk, truffle paste, and salt into your stand mixer.
- Use the whisk attachment to whip, starting with low speed and gradually increasing.
- As your ricotta whips, heat your honey in the microwave (in 10-15 second increments so you don’t overheat it). The goal is to get it so it pours nicely over your ricotta.
- When your ricotta is ready, scoop it into dipping bowls.
- Drizzle your warm truffle honey over your whipped ricotta.
- Plate, devour, and enjoy!
