Last Thursday was an intersection of a Buffalo Bills game and a school dinner event for my son. So, my wife and I found ourselves looking for a combination of Football Food and something that our son wouldn’t like but that we do. Thus, the entry of Brussels Sprouts into this story!
We started by steaming our sprouts for a nice even cooking before finishing them in a cast iron pan and tossing them in Buffalo Sauce. We then served our sprouts as part of a Buffalo Grain Bowl (recipe coming soon!) with some crumbled blue cheese and a little blue cheese dressing drizzle.
