Curry Fish and Chips

This dish was somewhat inspired by my brother-in-law, who counts Fish and Chips and Tikka Masala as two of his favourite foods. That, combined with one of our close friends telling me about fish curry, fueled our decision to give Fish and Chips an Indian flare! So, we bought a really nice looking cod fillet, built a curried beer batter, and fried it in some oil in one of our favourite deep sided cast iron pans! The end result was a crispy, golden brown fish fillet with a lot of flavour intricacy…definitely a “make again” meal!

We served our fish with air fried french fries and green beans…but if you want to double down on the curry flavour, try serving this fish with Curried French Fries!
